The perfect place to expand with a new skill and open up the amazing underwater world! I loved that this challenged me physically and mentally while feeling I was in super capable hands. Plus every single member of the team went above and beyond - from my first emails to the final goodbyes. They went the extra mile wherever they could, even making a plan to add my siblings to do the course with me last minute. They took their time and showed patience, and constantly gave us more than we expected and were super accommodating. Equipment was in excellent condition, the balance between theory and practical was perfect, and it was so much fun! I can't wait to do more!!

I completed my Adventure Freediver II advanced course with Cape Town Freediving today and I am thrilled. Instructor Stephan is highly experienced, calm and has eyes in the back of his head it seems! He kept a very constructive eye on each of us and was an excellent teacher. Doing a course with Cape Town Freediving I highly recommend because of both the diving and the safety skills you gain. Heads up: Stephan can talk underwater 😉
