Physical Goods
All physical goods sold are available for local pickup only at our premises in Muizenberg, Cape Town. We will only ship goods if prior arrangements are made with us. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected].
Our refund and returns policy on physical goods lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include, but are not restricted to: vouchers, masks, snorkels and nose clips.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Bookings
Bookings can be made via our online booking system or manually on an ad hoc basis. Bookings are only confirmed when full payment has been received.

Deposits
If you pay a deposit for a course then your booking will be reserved up until 7 days before the course or experience start date.
Thereafter, full payment will be required to keep the booking. Failure to make full payment before 7 days of the course or experience start date will result in cancelation. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancelations
We do not offer refunds for cancelations of courses or experiences, but we do allow 1 date change, provided 7 days notice before the course or experience start date is given.

Rescheduling
We reserve the right to postpone a course or experience due to adverse ocean and weather conditions. In the event that this happens, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

Late Arrival
We reserve the right to cancel your snorkeling experience with no refund or option to reschedule if you arrive more than 20 minutes after the start time. We reserve the right to cancel your freediving course with no refund or option to reschedule if you arrive more than 1 hour after the start time.

Transportation
We do not provide transport to our premises. Most of our customers make use of their own transport to travel from our premises to dive sites. Prior arrangement must be made if you require transport from our premises to a dive site.

Age Limits
Participants under the age of 18 for all courses and experiences require a parent or legal guardian to co-sign the indemnity form. Additionally, all participants below the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the course or experience. Age limits for courses vary according to the type of course.

Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Vouchers can be personalised.
Vouchers need to be paid for in full before being issued.
Vouchers can only be redeemed for the product for which they were purchased.
Vouchers are non-cash transferable and we do not offer refunds.
Vouchers are issued via email (PDF download link).
Once the voucher has been issued, the lucky holder can contact us directly and we will provide options for course/experience  dates, registration forms and student manuals.
Once a course/experience is booked using a voucher, that voucher is considered redeemed. One date change is permitted, provided we are given 7 days notice before the start date.
